What is required to start the course?

• Advanced Open Water Diver certificate or equivalent.
• Certificate of CPR or Emergency First Response not older than two years.
• At least 12 years old accompanied by an adult, otherwise 15 years.
• The health declaration must be shown before the course begins.
  A medical examination must be done in the event of a negative answer to health questions.

What does the course consist of?
The course consists of 5 theory lessons, 10 water exercises, and 2 exercise scenarios that are done in open water.
